Head Shaft Bearing and Sprockets are Mounted on a Heavy Duty Hot-Rolled or Forged Steel Machined Drive Shaft with Diameters from 5.5" to 17".
Head Shaft is Mounted on Large, Double-Row, Self-Aligning Spherical Roller Bearings. All Bearings have a Minimum of 100,000 Hours of B-10 Life. Bearings are Grease Lubricated and Grease Reservoirs are in the Standard Design of the Bearing Housing and End Caps.
Drive Sprockets are Segmented, Cast Manganese Alloy Steel, Machined and Jig-Driven for Proper Mounting Alingment and are Mounted to the Hub with High Tension Steel Bolts.
Standard "Shaftless Tail Traction Wheel" which does not Utilize a Shaft or Pillow Block Bearings. Tail Wheels are "Sealed for Life" and do not Require Regular Lubrication.
Standard Tractor-Type Carrying and Return Rollers, with Lifetime Lubricated Fully Sealed Bearings, Support the Deck and are Designed for Long Wear and Maintenance-Free Service.
